Vahdet Talha has actively contributed to Bıçak Law Firm’s expanding international advisory practice through legal support for cross-border investment and residency matters, legal guidance for foreign communities residing in Türkiye, and advisory work involving international family law, foreign business operations, and regulatory compliance. He has also participated in international business and legal cooperation initiatives involving cross-border commercial relations between Türkiye and international partners, while contributing to institutional legal work connected with international organisations and global business platforms.

He regularly advises foreign embassies and diplomatic missions in Ankara, as well as multinational commercial entities operating in Türkiye, providing strategic legal guidance on commercial, corporate, operational, and regulatory matters.

He graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2018 after ranking among the top-performing candidates in Türkiye’s highly competitive national university entrance examination and was awarded a merit-based scholarship in recognition of his academic achievement.

He has pursued advanced legal studies in corporate law, finance law, intellectual property law, and international trade law, and is currently further strengthening his comparative legal expertise through advanced legal studies at the University of Chicago Law School.

During his academic years, he served as President of ELSA Ankara, where he led numerous national and international legal initiatives, including the successful organisation of the ELSA Summer Law School on Arbitration in Ankara over multiple years, demonstrating strong organisational leadership and international legal engagement.

Fluent in Turkish and English, he provides seamless legal support to international clients and contributes significantly to Bıçak Law Firm’s growing cross-border advisory practice, including commercial legal consultancy, international transactional support, and the preparation of expert legal opinions on Turkish law for international proceedings.
