B\u0131\u00e7ak Law Firm is pleased to announce that its Founder and Chairman, Prof. Dr. Vahit B\u0131\u00e7ak<\/strong><\/a>, has been reappointed to the Panels of Arbitrators and Mediators of the Bali International Arbitration and Mediation Center<\/a> (BIAMC<\/a>)<\/strong> in Indonesia for the 2026 – 2029 term. <\/span>The appointments continue a professional relationship established in 2022, when Prof. Dr. B\u0131\u00e7ak<\/a> first joined BIAMC<\/a>‘s international panels as both an arbitrator and a mediator.<\/span><\/p>\n

His reappointment reflects his longstanding engagement in international dispute resolution and provides a further opportunity to strengthen professional connections between T\u00fcrkiye, Indonesia and the wider Asia-Pacific region. <\/span>Beyond the institutional appointments, this development also highlights the increasing importance of dispute prevention, commercial mediation, international arbitration and coordinated cross-border legal services<\/strong> for businesses engaged in trade and investment between T\u00fcrkiye and Southeast Asia.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Bali International Arbitration and Mediation Center is an independent, not-for-profit institution established in Indonesia in 2017 to promote international arbitration, mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). <\/span>Based in Bali, with a presence in Jakarta, BIAMC<\/a> seeks to facilitate the resolution of domestic and international commercial disputes while contributing to the development of professional dispute resolution capabilities in Indonesia and the wider Asia-Pacific region. <\/span>Its activities are organised around two complementary pillars:<\/span><\/p>\n
