The three-judge court found\u00a0Jonathan Keogh\u00a0(33) fired the fatal shots that killed Mr Hutch (36) in \u201ccold-blooded manner\u201d and \u201chad a hand in almost every aspect\u201d of the planning of the murder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"no_name selectionShareable\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The non-jury court also found that\u00a0Thomas Fox (31) made a \u201cprobable\u201d contribution to Mr Hutch\u2019s murder, was a subordinate of Jonathan Keogh and acted under his general influence and direction.
